CNC Miller – Programmer / Setter / Operator

Up to £21.00 per hour + overtime

Must Haves

  • Ability to programme CNC milling machines (essential)
  • Experience setting and operating CNC mills
  • Knowledge of Fanuc controls (i0 preferred)
  • Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards

Hours

  • 39 hours per week – Day Shift Monday–Thursday: 06:00 – 15:00, Friday: 06:00 – 11:00
  • Flexibility available (07:00–16:00 shift can be agreed)

Key Responsibilities

  • Programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines
  • Producing small batch components to tight tolerances
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
  • Carrying out quality checks (dimensional & visual inspection)
  • Working collaboratively across the workshop when required
  • Maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency
