The Role
We are currently recruiting Skilled and Semi‑Skilled Joiners to join a growing manufacturing team producing bespoke modular bathroom units and healthcare furniture.
This is a full‑time temporary position, with the strong possibility of a permanent contract for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture and assemble bespoke modular units (e.g. bathroom pods, wash stations)
- Work from technical drawings and specifications
- Carry out bench joinery and assembly work in a factory environment
- Ensure high standards of finish, quality, and accuracy
- Work collaboratively with production and design teams
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
- Joinery qualification or time‑served experience required
- Driving licence and access to transport is preferred due to location
- Proven experience in joinery (skilled applicants) or relevant construction/manufacturing experience (semi‑skilled applicants)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (skilled applicants)
- Basic understanding of tools and materials (semi‑skilled applicants)
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Experience with modular builds, furniture manufacturing, or fit‑out work
- Experience in a factory or production environment
