Key Responsibilities As A CNC Machinist
- Program, set, and operate CNC milling machines with precision.
- Utilise Powermill 3D CAM software for offline programming.
- Maintain tight tolerances and high standards in all machining tasks.
- Collaborate with the existing team member to ensure seamless operations.
- Participate in discussions to establish and implement a 2‑shift pattern.
Skills, Experience, and Education
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
- Knowledge/Expertise: Proficiency in 5 Axis machining and Powermill 3D CAM software (Delcam).
- Innovation: Ability to think creatively and solve complex engineering challenges.
- Business Impact: Demonstrated experience in producing high‑quality, bespoke engineering products that meet stringent standards.
As A CNC Machinist You Will Work
- Monday – Friday
- 8am – 4.15pm, 3.15pm finish on Fridays
- Up to £40,000 annual salary
- 15% bonus scheme
