Junior Architectural Technician
Salary: GBP26 000 – GBP35 000 per annum, plus company benefits and a half day off every Friday.
Location: Edgware.
We are a growing residential design company specialising in residential extensions, conversions and general residential developments, and we are looking to expand our design team.
The Role
- Create detailed floor plans, elevations and sections.
- Carry out accurate on-site measurements and surveys.
- Assist with planning applications and building regulations drawings.
The Person
- Architectural Assistant, Architectural Technician or similar.
- Understanding of UK planning requirements.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Able to commute to Edgware.
