£16.15/h Machine Operator (Corby)

About the role

ECHO Personnel is seeking a reliable Machine Operator to join our client’s dynamic team in Corby. The client is a leading provider of sustainable packaging solutions for various sectors, including food and industrial markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery to assemble, pack, and seal products efficiently
• Set up machines and adjust settings to meet production requirements
• Inspect products for quality assurance before dispatch
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of machinery and work area
• Assist with other general factory duties as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in a factory or packaging environment preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills, including machine operation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet quality standards
• Physically fit and able to lift and move products and pallets
• Flexible and able to work 2 rotating shifts (6am–1:30pm / 1:30pm–9pm)
• A positive attitude and strong team‑player mentality

Shifts

2 rotating shifts: 06:00 – 13:30 and 13:30 – 21:00 (rotating on a weekly basis).

Pay Rate

£16.15 per hour.
