Hygiene Service Technician

We are seeking a Specialist Hygiene Technician to join our dedicated team at the Thetford branch, covering Slough/Luton and surrounding areas. You will manage your own schedule and solve unique customer problems in person.

Responsibilities

• Provide a range of hygiene cleaning services including biohazard cleaning, flood water damage clean up, infection control, police and prison cell cleaning, sharps removal, trauma and crime scene cleaning, factory cleans, high level cleaning and silo cleaning.
• Work reactively in a fast‑paced business where work can change week to week.
• Participate in an on‑call rota (typical twice a quarter).
• Offer valuable advice to customers when required.
• Provide exceptional customer service and uphold a professional image at all times.

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
• Self‑motivated, reliable and proactive.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Flexible with working patterns to support business needs.
• Capable of working at heights and in confined spaces.
• May be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role applied for.
