We are currently looking for an experienced Electrician to join a leading social housing company covering Lambeth and surrounding areas.

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long‑term role with a well‑established contractor carrying out electrical maintenance and repairs within occupied and void domestic properties.

Day‑to‑day duties

• Electrical repairs and maintenance
• Fault finding, testing & inspection
• Working in occupied and void properties
• Delivering excellent customer service to tenants
• Ensuring all work is completed to current regulations and high standards

Requirements

• City & Guilds Level 3
• 2391 Testing & Inspection
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Experience working within domestic/social housing properties preferred
