Fabricator Welders

Recruit4Staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading engineering company in their search for Fabricator welders to work in their leading facility in Stoke on Trent.

For the successful Fabricator Welder our client is offering:

• Competitive basic salary paying up to £22.30 depending on experience (This is made up of the hourly rate and shift allowance)
• Monday to Thursday 6pm – 6am
• Temporary to Permanent roles, our client may consider straight Permanent depending on working situation
• Free Parking and accessible via Public Transport
• Regular overtime opportunities available to boost overall earning potential! (Paid at time and a half & Double Time)
• Bonus paid at Christmas depending on company performance
• Extra days annual leave at 5 years service
• 2 days extra annual leave at 10 years service

The Role – Fabricator Welder:

• Working in a team, producing the companies equipment from engineering drawings
• MIG Welding
• Using a range of machinery within the Workshop to bend, cut, punch to form and assemble welded metal components
• Fabricating products from start to finish

What our client is looking for in a Fabricator Welder:

• Our client is seeking candidates who can fabricate start to finish
• Ability to read from engineering drawings
• MIG Welding experience
• MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DRUGS TEST!
• Qualifications would also be advantageous
• Able to work on different machines
• Somebody who takes pride in the work they manufacture
