MIG Welder & Fabricator – Overtime + Bonus

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled MIG welder for a permanent position, responsible for producing standard and complex fabrications to drawings in a great working environment with regular overtime and progression opportunities. Training in other areas of the business is available.

Salary: GBP 30,420 – GBP 35,000 per annum (equivalent to £15 – £16.25 per hour, inclusive of production bonus). Regular overtime at 1.5x and a productivity bonus are available.

Responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality welds using MIG welding and, ideally, basic TIG skills.
• Read technical drawings and measure materials accurately.
• Set up and operate all welding and fabrication equipment.
• Use a range of fabrication, cutting, and grinding equipment.
• Work as part of a team in a targeted production environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with MIG welding.
• Basic knowledge of TIG welding preferred.
• Ability to produce high‑quality welds and read technical drawings.
• Experience with fabrication, cutting, and grinding equipment.
• Team‑work skills in a production environment.
