Location: Rugby | Hours: Mon‑Fri 7:30‑17:30 | Overtime available – Alecto Recruitment is hiring on behalf of a leading construction plant company.
The Opportunity
Alecto Recruitment is seeking a Workshop Plant Fitter (also suitable for: Plant Engineer, Heavy Plant Mechanic, Mobile Plant Fitter, Construction Plant Technician, Service Engineer) to join a highly respected plant hire & equipment specialist based in Rugby. The work will be primarily workshop‑based, with occasional mobile jobs.
What You’ll Work On
- Diggers & Excavators
- Dumpers & Rollers
- Telehandlers
- Petrol, Diesel & Electric Power Tools
- Small Plant & Light Construction Machinery
This role is for someone who loves problem‑solving, fault‑finding, and keeping machines running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in construction plant maintenance
- HGV, agricultural or forklift engineering
- Diesel engines, hydraulics, electrics, or diagnostics
- Workshop or field‑based mechanical repair
