Overview
The Best Connection are looking for Machine Operatives on a full-time, ongoing basis to join our long standing and prestigious client based in Cheslyn Hay.
The role involves producing concrete materials in a semi-automated production facility, where you will be Machine Operating, using Presses, and other factory duties as and when required. You will be paired up with a full time member of staff and go through a training plan to learn how to operate the machines. Work wear will be provided free of charge: overalls, ear defenders, safety glasses, steel toe cap wellies and safety boots.
Responsibilities
Operate machines and assist in the production of concrete materials in a semi-automated factory setting. Follow training plan to learn machine operation. Perform other factory duties as required and maintain safety and quality standards.

Additional Details
The hours of work are between 06:00-08:00 start until 16:00-17:00 finish, Monday to Friday. Further overtime is also available. There are no smoking or vaping facilities onsite.
