Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, repair and diagnostics of a range of vehicles ensuring that work undertaken is of the highest quality. The role includes liaising with customers directly regarding their vehicles, providing support and guidance to less experienced members of the team, carrying out jobs within the budgeted time and taking responsibility for the daily maintenance of tools and equipment.
Qualifications
Experienced Automotive Technician qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Service and Repair or equivalent. Main dealership experience would be advantageous, however we also welcome applications from those who have worked at reputable independent garages, fast fit centres or car supermarkets. The successful candidate must be comfortable working with others, able to contribute to team cohesion, and easily build relationships utilizing empathy and self‑confidence. A commitment to creating a bespoke and excellent customer experience and an ability to generate innovative solutions to problems are essential.
