Heavy Plant Fitter – Field Maintenance & Rebuild Expert

Nicholas Associates is seeking a Plant Fitter in Southampton to handle reactive breakdown work and maintenance of heavy plant equipment. The role requires a mechanical engineering background along with hands-on skills including welding and hydraulics.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in mobile/static plant servicing and the ability to read engineering drawings. A formal qualification at ONC / BTEC / NVQ 3 or higher is preferred, but hands-on experience is more important.
