We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Duct Fitters and Duct Mates for a long-term project based in Hemel Hempstead.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure consistent work on a well-run site with competitive pay rates.

Role Details

Positions: Duct Fitter & Duct MateLocation: Hemel HempsteadStart Date: ASAPDuration: 8-10 months

Pay Rates

• Duct Fitter: £28.00 per hour
• Duct Mate: £16.90 per hour

Requirements

Duct Fitter

• Valid Blue CSCS Card (Duct Installation)
• Proven experience in ductwork installation
• Own tools and full PPE
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Duct Mate

• Valid Green CSCS Card
• Previous site experience preferred
• Full PPE
• Strong work ethic and willingness to assist skilled trades

Duties Include

• Installation of ductwork systems to specification
• Assisting with fitting and assembly
• Reading and interpreting drawings (for fitters)
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Supporting site team to meet deadlines
