Job Description

Build Recruitment is looking for a carpenter based in Edgware to work on temporary to permanent assignments for housing associations.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Carry out general maintenance in domestic properties.
• Provide good customer service, meeting and greeting tenants.
• Use a PDA for task management.

Qualifications and Experience

Must hold relevant qualifications for the position. Ideal candidates will have experience as a maintenance operative, multi-skilled operative, multi-trade operative, multi-trader, carpenter, joiner, UPVC specialist, plumber (multi-trader), plasterer (multi-trader), or handyman with experience in social housing, housing associations, domestic or council properties, or the Ministry of Defence.
