Head of Planned Maintenance
Salary: £70,000 – £77,000

Long established building contractor with numerous contacts in the affordable / social housing market urgently requires a Planned Maintenance Manager.
The company has been facilitating Planned Maintenance services to Housing Associations and Rental Properties for over a decade. The works generally involve roof replacements, window replacements, re-decking, cladding, and FRA type works.
The role is to head up the Planned Maintenance division. Successful candidates will need experience of tendering, contract management, commercial management, and the ability to liaise with clients, manage sub‑contractors, and directly employ staff.
Applicants should have a background in response maintenance and preferably have managed Planned Maintenance contracts supporting Housing Associations.
