CBRE is seeking a Plumber to join their Hard Services team at the Broughton / Chester site. This role involves carrying out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance as well as installation and fault-finding activities across site water services. As a part of this position, you will work on water supply systems and maintain high standards of health and safety compliance.
The ideal candidate will have a time-served qualification in plumbing, with strong fault-finding skills and experience in a facilities management environment. This is a full-time night shift role.
