Trainee Pressing & Machine Operator

Trades Workforce Solutions in New Milton is looking for a trainee to join their busy manufacturing environment. This role involves setting power presses that operate progression press tools. While no experience is necessary, a background in engineering or manufacturing would be beneficial.

Full training is provided on a one-to-one basis, with initial tasks focusing on shadowing and minding machines. The starting salary is £25,000 per annum, with regular appraisals to reflect training objectives and pay increases.

Company branded workwear will be supplied, and ear defenders are required in the work environment.
