Title: Plumber Multi Trade
Contract Type: Permanent, Full time, 40 hours
Salary: £41,200 per annum
Grade: DM Tech 05
Working Location: Hackney, Islington, Kensington and Chelsea and Barnet and Enfield.
Reporting Office: London, Stratford
Persona: Mobile worker – contractual hours to be worked from various locations such as resident homes with ad hoc office attendance as required

Job Responsibilities
Our plumbers handle all aspects of plumbing repairs and replacements, including sinks, water tanks, and bathrooms. They also have associated skills and experience in basic carpentry, tiling, painting/decorating, and patch plastering repairs. Effective communication skills and knowledge of varied housing stock are required. Customer satisfaction is paramount, with an emphasis on delivering right‑first‑time service and minimizing follow‑ups.
Core hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. Call‑outs and out‑of‑hours service offer additional earnings.
Requirements
It is essential to hold a manual driving license and to have hand tools (larger tools and specialist equipment will be arranged if needed).
- Sound working trade knowledge and experience
- Experience in a maintenance, site and/or housing environment and NVQ
- Excellent customer service delivery
- Right‑first‑time approach
- Health and Safety conscious
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Wide range of multi‑trade skills
