£28.63 Base Rate / £42.95 Overtime Rate + £1300 3‑month retention payment. Inclusive of onsite gym, subsidised canteen and free parking. Frequent overtime and a 12:00 pm finish on Fridays.

The role is based at our UK flagship facility in Leeds, close to the M1 and M62 motorways, providing convenient access for those commuting from Wakefield, Bradford, Selby, Castleford, Pontefract, Huddersfield, Wetherby and Harrogate.
Role Responsibilities
As an Electrical Fitter, you will work as part of a skilled team responsible for installing cable, control systems and a range of instrumentation onto bespoke machinery.
Key Qualifications
- Formal qualifications in a relevant discipline (apprenticeship, NVQ/BTEC/City & Guilds Level 3, HNC, HND, etc.). Ideally holding an 18th edition qualification.
- Experience in engineering, production, factory, industrial or manufacturing settings.
- Ability to read, interpret and work directly from schematics & drawings.
- ADVANTAGEOUS: Experience working with armoured cable.
Working Hours
- 37 hours per week, across a day‑shift pattern.
- Monday to Thursday: 07:00 to 15:30
- Friday: 07:00 to 12:30
Pay & Benefits
- Base rate: £28.63 per hour (Umbrella PAYE).
- Overtime: £42.95 per hour.
- Incentive Payment: £1 000 for every successful 3‑month period.
- Frequent paid overtime at time & a half and double time (Sundays only).
- 3‑month rolling assignment, often extended and sometimes offered permanent (not guaranteed).
