Overview

Regen Solutions are currently looking for an experienced Plumber Multi to carry out maintenance works in the Social Housing sector.

The majority of the work will be day to day reactive repairs in occupied/void properties in the Guildford area.

Responsibilities

• Multi Trader
• Plumbing repairs and installations
• Bathroom rip out and re fit
• Basic carpentry repairs
• Lock fits/repairs
• Patch plastering
• Painting & decorating
• Splash back tiling

Qualifications

Social Housing experience, full tools and a UK driving licence is essential for this Multi Trader role.
