Steel Fabricator – Droitwich

Pay: £14.50 – £17.50 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday (Rare occasional Saturdays may be required)

A well‑established automotive manufacturing company in Droitwich is currently recruiting for an experienced Steel Fabricator to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity to work with a stable business offering long‑term work, overtime opportunities.

Duties

• Fabricating steel components from technical drawings
• Cutting, shaping, and assembling metal parts
• Using fabrication tools and machinery safely
• Welding and finishing work where required
• Carrying out quality checks on completed work
• Supporting production targets and maintaining workshop standards

Candidate Requirements

• Previous steel fabrication experience required
• Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and hardworking attitude
• Automotive or manufacturing experience beneficial
