A specialist engineering and manufacturing business based in Aldershot is seeking experienced assemblers / fitters to handle a variety of assembly tasks based on engineering drawings. The role involves assembling semi‑complex components into housings, using hand and power tools, and working from technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and fit products using technical drawings.
• Use hand tools and power tools such as drills, saws, grinders and sanders.
• Work as part of a team and adapt to learning new skills across different build areas.
• Support the growth of the business by contributing to new product launches and expanding the production facility.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical assembly and fitting.
• Ability to work from engineering drawings.
• Strong focus, drive and passion for engineering.
• Willingness to take on new challenges and adapt to new build areas.
• Any career stage is welcome.
