An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join one of the country’s leading Facilities Management companies working on a static site in Milton Keynes.
Responsibilities
- Support other technicians with major or minor maintenance work.
- Complete all necessary PPMs and reactive maintenance schedules within agreed timescales and ensure accurate, complete paperwork.
- Prioritise and complete minor maintenance and repair work to agreed timescales.
- Ensure that all tools and equipment required for minor maintenance and repairs are always available and serviceable.
- Attend other sites within the cluster to carry out work when required.
- Work with company and client colleagues to ensure laid-down standards of quality are consistently maintained.
- Represent the company professionally at all times and develop good working relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Carry out all tasks in accordance with specific KPIs.
- Monitor and update the Mercury system accurately, ensuring live job updates from you and your team at all times.
Qualifications
- City & Guilds Part 1 & 2 in Electrical Installation or NVQ level 2/3 18th Edition.
Work Pattern
Shifts: 06:00 – 14:00, Monday – Friday; 14:00 – 22:00, Monday – Friday.
Salary and Benefits
Basic Salary £40,394. Overtime, private health care, life insurance.
