HGV Mechanic (ST4) – Full Time, On‑Site

Stoke-on-Trent (ST4) – Salary up to £44,000 per annum – Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:30.

Key Responsibilities

• Run diagnostics of faults within HGVs and analyse possible solutions.
• Perform preventative and routing maintenance across all vehicles.
• Prepare, present and service MOTs.
• Conduct general repairs and fix any faults.

You will work on a variety of makes and models, predominantly 18 tonnes and over.

Training & Equipment

Full on‑the‑job training for the HGV Mechanic role will be provided. PPE will be supplied.

Ideal Candidate

• Willing to learn and adapt well under pressure.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and willing to go above and beyond.
• Strong communication skills to build and maintain working relationships with colleagues and customers.
• HGV licence is advantageous.
