Role Responsibilities
- Operating and/or setting CNC Lathes
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Adjusting machine offsets
- Carrying out in‑process inspection to ensure product quality
- Working to production targets and quality standards
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience operating CNC Lathes (essential)
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Able to carry out quality checks and inspections
- Reliable and comfortable in a production‑driven environment
- Operators and Setter‑Operators both considered (pay dependent on skill level)
Advantageous
- Experience with Doosan lathes
- Experience with FANUC controls
