Key Responsibilities
- Support the seamless running of the restaurant by providing efficient and effective service.
- Ensure that service standards are consistently maintained and guest needs are anticipated.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with the restaurant team and the kitchen brigade.
- Carry out training and development activities within the department and take appropriate action where required.
- Report to the Restaurant Manager.
Qualifications
- At least 1+ year’s experience in a Restaurant Supervisor role or a similar position.
- Solution‑driven and able to work well under pressure.
- Professional approach to service excellence and a proven team‑player attitude.
