We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a social housing maintenance company looking for a Repairs Surveyor based in and around Exeter.

Responsibilities

• Carry out surveys of properties within the specified region, including Damp, Mould and Condensation inspections.
• Diagnose the cause of complex faults and failures, and post-inspection works.
• Ensure high-quality, optimum works are delivered in budget, on time, safely and to a high standard whilst achieving and maintaining customer satisfaction KPIs and ensuring value for money is achieved through the delivery of effective procurement and management of repairs.
• Oversee the delivery of subcontracted repairs and ensure repairs are highlighted and completed within timescales.

Qualifications

• Experience with HHSRS assessments.
• Educated to Level 4 (HNC in Surveying or Construction & Built Environment or equivalent) or higher.
• Evidence of continuous professional development.
• Social housing experience.
