Plumber/Multi Trader – Social Housing (Perm)Location: South London (Richmond/Wandsworth)Salary: Up to £39,000 per year
Nuco Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Plumber/Multi Trader to join a well-established client delivering maintenance services within the social housing sector across Southwest London. This is a permanent opportunity.
Role and Responsibilities
You will be carrying out day-to-day repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties. The role requires a strong background in either carpentry, plumbing or wet trades alongside general multi-trade skills.
Key Responsibilities
* General plumbing repairs and maintenance in social housing properties
* Carpentry
* Tiling
* Patch plastering
* Painting and decorating
* Damp and mould treatment
Requirements
* NVQ qualification in a relevant trade (or equivalent)
* Strong plumbing skills
* Proven experience working in social housing (essential)
* Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
