We are looking for experienced Roller Drivers to join our expanding Machine Lay teams across Lancashire and the Midlands.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating ride‑on rollers to achieve compaction and finish
- Following rolling patterns to meet specification
- Monitoring joints, edges, and surface finish
- Working alongside paver and surfacing gang
Licence/Certifications required
- Minimum 2 years’ experience
- CSCS Card (mandatory)
- CPCS A31 Ride‑on Roller (or NPORS equivalent)
- Experience operating Bomag BW161, BW135, BW120
Work locations include
- Lancashire
- Midlands (Staffordshire, Derbyshire, Shropshire)
- May require occasional travel/working away from home
Location: Mobile worker – on the road
