Job Description:

Location: Stroud

Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shift

Salary: £12.71– £14.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Carry out anodising and electroplating processes in line with company and customer specifications
Prepare components prior to treatment, including cleaning, masking and jigging
Monitor chemical processes, tank conditions and bath compositions
Conduct visual inspections and quality checks to ensure coatings meet required standards
Maintain accurate records of work completed and process parameters
Support general maintenance and housekeeping of plating lines and equipment
Adhere to all health & safety and environmental regulations at all times
Work closely with production and quality teams to meet deadlines and resolve any issues

Previous experience within anodising, electroplating or a similar surface treatment environment
Strong understanding of chemical handling and process control
High attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency
Ability to follow detailed work instructions and specifications
Good awareness of health & safety procedures
Reliable, with a strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
Flexible approach to shifts and workload
