Precision Assembly Operator for Small Parts

All Square Recruitment is looking for focused Assembly Operatives to join a specialist manufacturer known for high‑performance in Chelmsford, Essex. We are recruiting this role on a temp‑to‑perm basis. This role is based in a clean, modern production environment and is perfect for someone who enjoys precision‑based assembly work.

Key Responsibilities

• Producing and assembling small, intricate parts to exact specifications.
• Using various hand tools to complete assembly tasks at a dedicated workbench.
• Ensuring all components are handled with care and meet strict quality standards.
• Working efficiently as part of a team to meet daily production targets.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or electronic assembly environment is highly desirable.
• Excellent manual dexterity and the ability to work with small parts.
• A proactive approach and the ability to maintain concentration on repetitive, detailed tasks.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and maintaining a tidy environment.

Full training and induction will be provided.

Shift Details

• 8am till 4:30pm Monday to Thursday
• 8am till 15:30pm on Friday
