We’re hiring experienced Workshop Joiners to join our busy manufacturing team producing high-quality windows and doors. This is a steady, long-term role with consistent hours and a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacturing and assembling windows and doors to specification
• Measuring, cutting, and preparing materials accurately
• Operating hand tools and workshop machinery safely
• Carrying out quality inspections
• Preparing finished products for dispatch
• Working as part of a team to meet daily targets
• Following health & safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in joinery, carpentry, or manufacturing (essential or strong preferred experience)
• Confident using hand tools and workshop equipment
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
