Machine Operator

Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating machinery and be familiar with mechanical processes.

• Apply strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Maintain attention to detail and precision in machine operation.
• Demonstrate excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Adapt to different shifts if required.
• Have proven experience as a machine operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.

Core Duties

• Set up and operate packing machines, automated bagging machines, crate supply equipment, pre & destackers, and automated palletizers.
• Monitor performance against the production schedule and verify correct bags, labels and material packed.
• Ensure products are packed to customer specifications.
• Assist with other duties (including any production position) as deemed necessary by management to meet production goals.
