Machine Operator

Required to work at a manufacturing company based in St. Neots.

Location: St. Neots

Hours: 2pm – 10pm Monday – Friday

Pay: £13.50 – £15.00 per hour

Overview of the role:

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
• Conduct routine quality checks on products.
• Pack and prepare products for dispatch according to specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation on the production floor.
• Follow all company health & safety policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is beneficial but not essential – full training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
• Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods.
• Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Punctual and dependable.
