Field Mechanical Fitter – On‑Site Industrial Equipment

Broughton Group is seeking a Mechanical Fitter to join their field-based team in Long Eaton. This position is an excellent opportunity to break into the mechanical engineering and process industry, providing full training in the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment on live sites.

Candidates with backgrounds in HGV, heavy plant, military, or industrial maintenance are strongly encouraged to apply. The role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work away from home.

The package includes a competitive salary of £30,000 – £40,000 with an OTE up to £50,000, enhanced overtime rates, and annual bonuses.
