£40,000 – £46,000 + 53k OTE + Shift Allowance + 4 Day Week + Overtime + Progression + Flexitime

We are a multinational company offering a 4‑day work week, generous shift allowance, overtime opportunities and in‑house training for progression to team leader positions.

THE ROLE

• Planned and reactive maintenance of large‑scale processing machinery
• Fault finding, inspection and testing
• Conduct routine compliance checks to ensure machinery is safe
• Perform repairs on mechanical components such as gear boxes, pumps, and conveyors
• Shift: Thursday to Sunday, 7am – 5:30pm (40 hours). Flexitime available.

THE PERSON

• Mechanical Fitter with an industrial background or similar
• Commutable to Enniskillen
