About the Role

TC Harrison Group Ltd is actively recruiting for several positions across its network of dealerships, including Car Sales Executive, Used Car Sales Executive and Automotive Technician roles. Car Sales Executive

Responsibilities

  • Build great customer experiences from first contact to handover.
  • Own the sales process and deliver complete, unique packages including accessories, warranty and finance.
  • Generate and manage new and used car enquiry leads, converting appointments into sales.
  • Live and breathe the brand, sustaining the 90‑plus‑year reputation of TC Harrison Ford.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of customer‑facing sales experience, preferably in the motor industry.
  • Full, clean driving licence.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Positive, can‑do attitude and a self‑motivated mindset.

Used Car Sales Executive

Responsibilities

  • Deliver seamless customer experiences for used vehicle enquiries.
  • Harness brand heritage to excite buyers and drive sales.
  • Maximise all used car leads through engagement and conversion.
  • Upsell accessories, warranties and fleet finance options.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail sales and a strong knowledge of used car market.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Computer‑savvy and confident with networking systems.
  • Customer‑service focus and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Automotive Technician (Service)

Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance and repair on customer vehicles.

  • Carry out routine service tasks: oil changes, fluid checks, tyre rotation.
  • Maintain safety, quality and productivity in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Level 3+ technical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ, ATA).
  • Full, clean driving licence.
  • MOT Tester preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience with diagnostic, repair and panel restoration work.
