The Role
As an Accounts Assistant, you’ll be responsible for reviewing and processing invoices, ensuring accuracy across financial records, and supporting day‑to‑day accounting operations. A key part of the role involves working within Salesforce to track sales data and identify discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing and processing invoices with a high level of accuracy
- Investigating and resolving discrepancies in sales and financial records
- Using Salesforce to monitor sales activity and financial data
- Supporting the finance team with administrative tasks
- Maintaining organised and up‑to‑date records
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
- Experience with invoices, accounts, or finance‑related tasks
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems (preferred but not essential)
