Candidate Profile

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar accounting role
• Familiarity with accounting software or systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Understanding of accounts payable and financial reporting processes

Main Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and posting month‑end journals, including accruals and prepayments
• Reconcile and analyse financial accounts and variances
• Support the creation of management reports and forecasts
• Extract and interpret billing and financial data for decision‑making
• Participate in cash flow analysis and financial planning tasks
• Assist with audit preparation and compliance activities
• Support invoice processing and purchase order approval activities
• Generate cost reports and perform variance analysis
• Carry out ad‑hoc financial analysis as needed
