Management Accounts Assistant – Hybrid Finance & Reporting

Mnd-Association is seeking a Management Accounts Assistant based in Northampton. This role will support accurate financial reporting and assist with management accounts, reconciliations, and audits in a collaborative finance team.

The ideal candidate should be studying AAT or have equivalent finance experience, possess strong Excel skills, and communicate effectively with various stakeholders. The role offers hybrid working with office attendance needed two days a week.
