- Processing Bills and Notices

- Handling phone calls , web forms and emails from customers
- Managing Payment Arrangements
- Negotiating and setting up payment arrangements with residents who are struggling to pay their council tax
- Collecting and Processing Payments
- Ensuring the accurate recording and allocation of council tax payments
- Recovering Arrears
- Identifying and pursuing outstanding council tax debts through various methods, potentially including legal action
- Updating and maintaining accurate records of council tax liabilities and payments
- Monitoring the progress of cases and ensuring timely escalation to appropriate stages of recovery
- Contributing to the ongoing improvement of council tax administration processes
