Duties & Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices, payment runs and manage supplier queries
• Produce customer invoices and monitor outstanding payments
• Assist with monthly management accounts, accruals and reconciliations
• Support VAT returns, audits and financial compliance activities
• Maintain expense processing, fixed asset records and reporting data

What Experience is Required

• Previous accounting experience within a commercial finance environment
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Strong Excel skills and accounting qualification or degree
