Public Engagement & Insight Specialist

Healthwatch Hertfordshire is seeking an individual to gather evidence from local residents about their health and social care experiences. The role involves running focus groups and producing insightful reports that drive service improvements.

The ideal candidate will be confident in communicating with diverse communities, have project management skills, and be able to analyse and present findings effectively. This is a fixed-term contract for 9 months with a possible extension, based mainly in Hertfordshire.
