Hybrid Defence Systems Lead – Requirements & V&V

Expleo is looking for an experienced Systems Lead / Requirements Manager in Barnstaple. In this role, you will lead technical delivery within a defence and naval technology context. Responsibilities include managing requirements and acting as a trusted client-facing representative.

The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, especially in Systems Engineering, and expertise in DOORS NG. The position supports a hybrid working model with on-site engagement two days a week.
