My client, a globally recognisable charitable organisation are currently looking for a Personal Assistant to join their Team.
The role will require an organised, personable and detail orientated individual who is looking to expand on personal assistant experience.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support and technical expertise to senior leaders
- Minute taking, diary management over various time zones and travel correspondence
- Formatting documents and templates
- Dealing with invoices and expenses
- Booking meeting rooms and arranging catering
- Organising team events and meetings
- 3+ years’ experience working within a similar PA/EA position
- Happy working at pace in a busy environment
- Confident working on a variety of technology such as SharePoint, MS Teams, and Zoom
