Overview

We’re on the lookout for a brilliantly organised Personal Assistant to support senior leaders, including the SVP/VP of growth. This isn’t your standard PA role. It’s fast, demanding and right at the centre of the action. You’ll be the person who keeps everything moving, untangles chaos before it happens and makes the complex feel effortless. From juggling packed calendars across time zones to coordinating travel that actually works in the real world, you’ll be the calm, capable force behind the scenes. You’ll handle sensitive information with absolute discretion, build strong relationships across the business and become a trusted go-to for getting things done properly. When priorities shift, you shift with them. When challenges pop up, you’re already one step ahead. If you like being relied on, enjoy variety and take pride in running a tight ship, you’ll fit right in. This is a full-time, permanent role based at our head office in London.

Responsibilities

• Support senior leaders (including SVP/VP of growth) with prioritisation and day-to-day tasks.• Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones and coordinate travel that works in the real world.• Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.• Build strong relationships across the business and act as a trusted go-to for getting things done properly.• Anticipate needs, re-prioritise as priorities shift, and proactively resolve issues to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in supporting an Executive and/or senior management in a busy, fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong planning, organisation, and administration skills; highly organised with attention to detail.
  • Experience in managing complex international travel arrangements.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organisational skills (prioritising, diary management, record keeping, follow ups).
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines, manage conflicting priorities, multi-task and work well under pressure.
  • Sound interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Ability to process sensitive and complex material, analyse and present information clearly and confidently.
  • Proven ability to work independently and exercise good judgement in decision making.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive, self-starting approach.
