Overview
To provide an office-based link between customer and Company in order to satisfy queries, record & resolve problems and ensure a high standard of customer care in accordance with our customer commitment.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries
- Maintain traceability of Customer Communication through logs and administering the Customer Service email account
- Build good working relationships with your customer base to effectively and efficiently deal with day-to-day needs
- Maintain and update customer accounts when needed
- Complete all calls according to schedule
- Foster working relationships within immediate team and across all Departments
- Promote the company and use professional and polite language in all spoken and written communication, attending mandatory training
- Use in-house IT systems relevant to your role (training provided)
- Work closely with your Customer Service Executive to meet and exceed our Company’s Customer Commitment
- Ensure Managers, Supervisor and colleagues are informed of all necessary information
- Process all documentation correctly and maintain files and records according to procedures; expand business and obtain appointments from customer base
- Action messages received
Qualifications
- Experience within customer service / administration environment
- Excellent PC skills – Word, Excel, Outlook
- Experience in an office environment (full training provided)
