Pay

Level 7: £41,873 to £47,238 per year, inclusive of Local Weighting Allowance of £1,096.

Location

Observatory House/ Slough, Hybrid – minimum two days per week in the office.

What you’ll be doing

You will be working within a Community Team and applying a strengths‑based, person‑centred model of social care. You will hold a mixture of cases, including some with high complexity of residents and/or their carers, and undertake appropriate assessments, care and support plans and reviews in accordance with legislation, council and departmental procedures and best practice.
