Support Officer – Public Realm
East Suffolk Services Limited is offering a full‑time, fixed term (12 months) position in Ufford, Woodbridge, Suffolk.
Salary: £28,598 – £31,022 per annum (Band 4).
Hours: 37 per week.
Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality customer service and administrative support, handling enquiries face‑to‑face, by phone and email.
- Manage a high volume of calls and correspondence while performing under pressure.
- Respond to customer feedback, compliments and complaints, ensuring timely resolution in line with company policies.
- Support the Grounds Maintenance and Building Cleaning teams and liaise with other departments and external clients.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with GDPR.
Requirements
- Experience working in a varied administrative role.
- Ability to prioritise and multi‑task within tight deadlines.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
- Good understanding of GDPR regulations.
- Effective communicator with excellent organisational skills.
- 5 GCSEs (Grade C or above) including English Language and Mathematics.
- NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or Customer Services (or equivalent) or considerable similar experience.
- Ability to travel between Ufford and Lowestoft offices.
